Mrs. Despina Popovska Stojanov graduated in 2014 at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, and she received her master's degree at The Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Belgrade in 2020, on the topic: "Politics of rural development for young farmers - example North Macedonia". Since 2015 until today she is employed at the Institute of Agriculture in Skopje, as an Research Assistant in the Department of Agribusiness, Economy and Rural Development.

Carries out scientific research in the fields of agroeconomy and rural development.
