D-r Goran Milanov

Full professor

Prof. Goran Milanov, PhD, graduated in 1992 at the Faculty of Agriculture in Skopje, and received his master's degree in 1996 in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia on the topic: "Ampelographic tests as a basis for classification and evaluation of technological values ​​of red wine varieties in conditions of Macedonia". He received his doctorate in 2004 at the Faculty of Agriculture in Skopje on the topic of title "Influence of the variety and technological procedures on the quality of grape brandy". Since 1993 prof. Milanov is employed at the Institute of Agriculture in Skopje, as a junior assistant in the Department of Winemaking. After his master's degree in 1996, prof. Milanov was selected as an assistant, and after his doctorate in 2004, he was selected as an assistant professor. In 2010, he was elected as an associate professor, and in 2020, as a full professor. In the period from 2008 to 2020, he was head of the winemaking department.

Today prof. Milanov is a full professor in the Department of Winemaking.

Carries out scientific research in the fields of oenology and technology of strong alcoholic beverages.

Тeaches the second cycle of studies in the following subjects: Technology of wine, Technology of strong alcoholic beverages, Sensory analysis, Applied oenology.
