As part of the project "CARBON 4 SOIL QUALITY," financed by the Interreg Euro-Med program the UKIM - Institute of Agriculture hosted the 3rd meeting among the Project Partners. The meeting was organized in Skopje from January 21 to January 22, 2025. Main goal of the meeting was to present the Project results achieved so far and to plan future activities, with a focus on the following topics: defining reference values for the content of organic matter in soils and their quality in the Mediterranean region, defining standard methodologies for field and laboratory monitoring of soil organic matter and its modeling, as well as topics related to carbon credit schemes and environmental certification systems.
