On 11 May in Bari, Italy, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Institute of Agriculture – Skopje, N. Macedonia (Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje) and the International Center for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies - Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Bari (CIHEAM Bari).
The memorandum refers to the implementation of cooperation projects and collaborative applied research, exchange of scientists and experts, as well as joint organization of seminars, workshops, conferences and professional trainings in the areas of mutual interest of both parties, that is: soil and water management, integrated crop and pest management, organic farming, sustainable agro-ecosystems, open innovation and youth entrepreneurship in the agri-food sector and precision agriculture, economics, management and development of rural territories.
